Our Personal Training programs are specifically tailored to meet your individual needs whether you are looking to lose weight, build lean muscle, or simply want to tone up. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your individual fitness goals and design a custom workout program that is tailored for you.

Our Personal Training sessions are 60-minutes in length and consist of a mixture of cardio, strength training, circuit training, and FUN. How often should we meet with a personal trainer?

This still depends upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and time available to exercise, and your budget... but when considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your health and there is nothing on earth that is more important... because without it you have nothing.
