We are also Salt Lake City's premier athletic training company. Dave comes from The Edge Strength and Conditioning Center where he gained invaluable experience in working with Ade Jimoh (Washington Redskins) Jeremy Bloom World Champion Skier and Collegiate Football player, several members of the United States Ski Team:  Tristan Gale Travis Cabral, Chris Witty, and more!

 

Dave is a World Champion Power Lifter. He holds numerous World, National, and State records in 4 different Power Lifting Federations. His 710 lbs. bench press performed on May 13, 2006 was the biggest bench in Utah State History in any age or weight category!

With this program you meet with your personal trainer for ten sessions, it's a good place to start and you will be on your way to a new you!

  • 20 SESSION PROGRAM ------ $1200 ($60 per hour)

******Just a side note about Manny.  When Manny started with me he was 60 years old and on disability.  His shoulders were so bad from 27 years as a delivery
