Hello and welcome to John Hansen’s Personal Training. My name is John Hansen and I have 30 years of practical experience in the health and fitness field. I’m a certified experienced personal fitness trainer, weight loss expert, a published author of the book “Natural Bodybuilding” (Human Kinetics, 2005). I write a monthly question and answer column for IronMan Magazine since January of 2000 and I am considered one of the experts in the field of transforming your body from fat to fit.

 

Another fact about me, I have won many natural (steroid free) international bodybuilding competitions including the Natural Mr. Universe and the Natural Mr. Olympia. I competed for 25 years and am recognized around the world as one of the most successful natural bodybuilders in the world. Now, I want to share all of this knowledge and experience with you.
