Here's a basic outline of what's covered:

Session 1 - Initial Evaluation

This session consists of questions regarding your health history, past exercise experience, personal goals, current fitness level, and time available to exercise. You'll also complete a basic fitness assessment which is used to set both short and long-term goals.

Session 2 - Program Outline

In session 2 with the help of your trainer, you will: design basic program outline, set up weekly exercise schedule, and begin going through program.

Session 3 - Nutrition + Human Metabolism

Learn the basics of nutrition, the importance of meal frequency, facts about metabolism, and how to ensure your success!

Session 4 - Cardiovascular Program

Learn how to maximize the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and why you might be doing too much. Plus, you'll also learn which type of workouts can increase your metabolism for up to 35 hours or more! 

Session 5 - Strength + Flexibility Routine

Learn proper technique, what speed to perform exercises, how many sets and reps, how often to workout, which stretches you need to be doing, and all the principles and guidelines that must be followed if you want to see substantial results.

Session 6 - Workout + Program Review

Perform a progressive, result-producing workout, review your program, and learn how to make adjustments for continued progress.
